Thai Foot & Leg Massage

When did you last have your feet rubbed? The answer could be weeks or even months ago, I'd bet that it may even be longer than that, and you may have had to beg the significant other in your life to do it?!  But remember how good it felt, how relaxed you felt afterwards and more importantly how great your feet felt?  A Thai foot massage makes your feet feel amazing; the aches and pains and sore muscles feel so much better.  And the treatment given by a fully trained practitioner is even better than the home foot rub you remember!
It's not hard to imagine how good you feel (physically and emotionally) after half an hour of peace, laid back on our couch enveloped by a warming throw having both feet kneaded, rubbed and massaged with blissfully fragrant massage oil.  This really is a treatment that is all about you and making you feel great.

How is treatment given?

Your practitioner uses their thumbs, hands and an acupressure tool.  Massage is applied to the lower legs and feet using rubbing, kneading, stretching and vibration techniques.

How does it work?

It is centred around the belief that the body has 72,000 energy lines, all of which run through the feet.  Pressure points are thought to be areas along the energy lines, or "Sen lines", that run throughout the body.  When working on these pressure points that correspond to the internal organs in the body, the practitioner is trying to free blocked energy, promote overall health and well-being.

Don't wait, don't put off this treatment, it's bliss for your feet and your mind.
